Brake upgrade for classic

Brake upgrade for 97 uk impreza turbo. What have you got, I'm after a bargain please as can't aford brand new big boyz brakes. Preferably discs and matching calipers and not shot to bits either.

What is my best value upgrade?

Tarox 10 pot ,nearly new ,calipers ,discs and pads ,ready to bolt on ,£750,cost alot more new!!
