Yes it is but it is still just over my budget, plus it has had 2 previous owners in a very short period of time.

I wouldnt worry about previous owner number fella,more then likely its an issue with running costs insurance etc.

also,its a buyers market,offer the guy cash and a discount will be readily available

Unfortunately that £500 will go towards the expense of insurance for the car. Tight **** no i don't think so.
