I don't think you will get a specific GT30 heat shield.
You might be able to modify your original or use a turbo heat blanket kit. I have one for sale on my Garage Clear Out thread, Parts For Sale and it is big enough to do two turbos.

 

Modify an original heatshield. It doesn't take a lot of effort, fits well and looks original.
