NEED MY05 STi WRB Rear Bumper

Hey guys. I am looking for a rear bumper in World Rally Blue for my 2005 STi. Unfortunately I am stationed in Germany and nobody wants to ship a bumper over here and it ain't too chep either. So, I was wondering if anyone knew if, 1. Will a bumper from a European spec. Impreza be the same as mine? and 2. If it does, will the WRB color be the same? Hopefully you guys can help answer my question and point me towards someone who has what I need!
