Am after a really solid weights bench, am getting back into heavey weight lifting and so am after a really good weights bench preferabley with a squat rack attached but not essential.

AND

im also after a mens mountain bike, cheap as possible. needs to be useable but doesnt need to be fancy. am nearly 6 ft so preferabley 20+ inches frame.

am near brighton and will travel upto 50 miles for right item.
