cheers mate !! will it fit straight on to my model and will it make the light come on in the dash ? does it really make that much difference in performance and does it make it much louder ?

Yes it will fit straight on no problems, you wont get any lights coming on the dash.
It makes quite a difference to the performance of the car, ideally you want to get it remapped to get the best out of all your mods. Sound wise it will make the system louder but not overly so.
