P1 Driving Light Covers please....
#4
Hi Mr.M sorry didn't watch the thread yesterday,
I'm after the sti style, I want them for protecting the lamps? I've been told that the ones fitted around the lamps can be removed and the 'covers' fitted over the top?
Another thought was, could I buy some blanks, spray them up and have the lettering added....
Any idea's??

Steve, are you after original items, or copies? Scoobyparts do them for about £90! Sounds like not a bad price to me, as oem are close to the £200 mark, and if you need them painting cheapish
drop me a line as I know someone in the trade, mind you, as you now drive a flash car...........

Steve, contact Salsa if you want some P1 stickers making up, just get him a picture, and post it to him and he usually sorts within a week, get him to do a Steve_F sticker for the side windows, or teen machine

sorry steve, i forgot to mention the stickers.
Weve got a vinyl cutter also, never done the P1 stickers before but done loads of the STi style ones, we can cut them in any colour you want but people usually have the grey/silver lettering.
Andy.

Craft, your right, I must get something done for side windows! better just check the logbook to make sure it's still my car and not in the name of a certain 15 year old female!

like i said steve, weve got a vinyl cutter that we use for cutting ads out for promotions and such........ we can pretty much cut anything you like within a certain size, the name on the side windows shouldnt be a problem.
call in, were on the oposite side of the road from smokies night club, 200 yards up towards oldham, ill put the kettle on for ya!

Steve, just a thought, but they now do a clear fog light cover, so you can still use your lights. I have got some info floating around, and if interested I'll dig it out.

How about these:
Fog-light covers by DR Motorsport, stickers in a rather neat metallic anthracite colour by salsa-king's mate. I'm sure he can knock up some P1 ones for you.

M62 J20 (i think) onto A627M left towards oldham, come off for oldham and as you go up the sliproad to the roundabout there should be a KFC on your left. Take the second exit off the roundabout and go past B&Q to another roundabout. go straight over and onto the dual carriageway, about 500yrds up there will be another sliproad (first turn off from the carriageway) then you hit another roundabout, straight over that roundabout as if you were joining the dual carriageway again but keep to the left lane, yet another roundabout at the top. at the roundabout turn right (last exit off) and join a small dual carriageway for 200yrds and carry on down past the bike shop, hand car wash, blockbuster video and keep going until you see us on the left just before smokies!!!
OR visit www.alloytechwheels.com and print out the directions
Phew, my brains sweating now
Hope to see you on monday!
Andy.
