My brother in law is after a classic Scooby - has cash waiting budget of around £4000.

Ideally looking for an STi in White but tastefully modded WRX's or Turbo's also considered (JDM or UK) especially if sensibly modded.

Few requirements:

- Less than 70k miles
- Full s/h (if import then from arriving in UK)
- If JDM, as much import info BITMA, Auction Sheet, JUMVEA etc
- Cambelt changed with receipt of work
- MOT and Tax
- Good life on tyres and brakes and no service due

Basically wants one ready to go without anything needed in first few months, otherwise budget comes down.
