Classic centre exhaust
After a centre section 2 1/2" or 3" is fine but it must have the 1/2" thick flat faced flange where it fits to the downpipe.
I have now managed to buy 2 flippin centres and neither fit my 3" downpipe (which has a flat faced flange) as both centres have the rounded inside to fit to the std donut gasket on the std downpipe.
