306 GTi6 - Dirt cheap, awesome fun. If not an Impreza!

I've had two MR2 Turbos (Rev 3 GTS's), Very nice cars to drive, abit impractical at times. Mine were both pretty highly modified, running around the 350bhp mark, although at the time they were awesome, not really in the same league as an Impreza. As a work car an S13 would be great, a mate had one not so long ago and it wasn't even that much to run!

Why not just buy a cheap tatty impreza .... something with tax, test and decent poke is easily do-able for about £1k.
