Default Anybody know for a decent Nissan 200sx s14a for sale??

A good friend of mine is on the look out for one of the above, we have been to see a few but nothing has really been tidy that we have seen. Its getting to the point now that he is considering an auto model which goes against everything we know so I was just wondering if anybody knows for any cars for sale, preferably looking for sub 100k with paperwork I.E history of the car, has not got to have a service book but would need to have all the documentation of servicing items, how often etc like I keep for my scoob. We Will look at any colour if the car is in good condition although I think he would prefer the purple/blue colour if one is out there but its not an essential requirement

So can anybody help? We don't mind travelling if the car is decent but closer the better for obvious reasons we don't mind buying one with no tax and mot providing the price is right and the car is complete and not rotten, we are not shy with the spanners

Buying a standard auto and converting to manual is prob your best bet, they tend to be easier to find in good unabused condition.

That's what we have been talking about, is it a pretty straight forward conversion?

Auto to manual conversion is pretty straightforward & has been done many times, if your mate joins up he will be able to access all the info he needs to help him do it

I've been a member of the sxoc since April 2003 & continue to pay my membership every year even though I sold my 14a back in 2006, its a great club with loads of great people & events, well worth the £20 a year

Driftworks is allways a good shout and a good idea from what I've read about changing the gearbox.

Tbf if you end up getting a ca engine you'll be changing it very soon as they are useless.

So a nice sr20 with manuel conversions are allways good.

What's the budget? And is it a lifestyles or potential drift toy?
