Scooby Snacks

Between junctions 9 and 8, about 6pm , a black or blue scooby on the hard should (facing the wrong way). There was also an E Class Merc so guess that was involved - the police were sitting in the scooby and it looked like the driver was in the Police Van.

Was it anyone here? Hope you were okay. Would have stopped but there seemed to be enough people hanging around and rubbernecking already!
