theres a big white van parked on the side of the road as you come off the A329M into wokingham (cant remember the road name) with a telescopic camera coming out of the roof just where it drops from 40mph top 30 mph

I live just round the corner from there and have seen it quite a few times...is monitoring traffic flow or speeders? Not that I can speed in my current motor
