M reg white ra, poss v-limited as had oe roof scoop, large front mount, around 10 am this morning, joining the one way system in town centre

I think it was my mate, who comes on here user name scooby ra, he was on his way to Shakephere county raceway. If it had gold wheels then it sounds like him.

yes could of been me cause i was going through the one way system about that time but mine is a n reg but if it had gold wheels and following a black fiat stilo then it was me
