Haha. Nah, he is just a normal bloke. I know what you mean though. A lot of Scoob drivers seem to be big bald-headed bouncer types.

I have been training in martial arts for 15 years (since the age of 9) and can handle myself should it come to it, but I am sure it wouldn't and it would be silly to come to blows over it. Next time I see him I'll have a word or blast past him and embarrass him (eye for an eye eh ?!)

The missus was asking to borrow my car for an hour earlier, in order to go and spank him, but we're upgrading hers in 2007 so she can wait and do it then. All I'll say is this, Chris better watch out. Having been in the 'doghouse' with her before, I am certain he is in grave danger - she's got it in for him

Tyron, is this your thread mate? The answer to your comment is that I wouldn't have to drive like a bell-end to beat him. I wouldn't have to drive stupidly... A little bit of gas and it would be bye bye Jap's eye.

Thje fact is, he is a bully. I hate bullies. This guy was probably the bully at school and hasn't yet been taught a lesson. Once these people encounter someone bigger and better, they see things in perspective and soon stop! Neither myself nor my girlfriend drive like bell-ends, nor do we intimidate other road-users by tailgating. All I am saying is that if I see him in my car, I'll put things in perspective, allbeit in a safe way!

Hi John. There are a few Scoobs round Droylsden. I see a young bloke in a white wagon and the now-legendary Scooby Ste (that is one rapid car!!!) This one is your regular shape saloon. Probably standard too (which will come in handy hehe!)

Happy New Year all!

p.s. Tyrone - the "grave danger" statement was a joke. I suppose you haven't got a woman. They get very angry and vengeful sometimes! LOL.

Tyron, you're a *****. Did I say I was to use martial arts to hurt anyone? Did I say it to intimidate anyone? The answer is a resounding NO. I responded to a question ("am I a seven stone weakling?") by saying no and that I can handle myself should any situation ever arise. I then went on to say that I would not use my skills to hurt anyone if they didn't deserve it.

And with regards to my missus being, as you stated, a "bad loser," this idiotic statement merely implies that this Chris geezer is some kind of "winner." Then, to contradict this, in the next sentence, you go on to sarcastically scorn "street racing."

Clearly, you are an illitarate inbred who can not read between the lines in a text. I stated in my initial post that my missus was not trying to race. She was in her little runaround, but this loser thought he was in the WRC. How can he be the winner? All I suggested is that ****** like him (and gob-****es like you that probably do the same) don't deserve to be in a quick (o.k., I apologise, I mean a medium) car and always meet their match on the road.

Now, if you'll excuse me, this wasn't really a post for hijackers. It was a message I hoped this Chris would read and take into consideration. Now, go back to your ten year old rust-bucket and get back to racing Clios (and probably losing!). You are an embarrasment to the whole Subaru community.

Thanks mate. Your question to me was in jest, having a laugh yeah? I am sure I responded to it in good humour, literally making conversation. Then this imnecile starts manipulating my words and starting an argument.

I have calmed down a little since yesterday. It just irritates me when people in high powered cars bully people in small cars. She isn't a girl racer nor is she someone who drivers at 20 in a 30 zone. His driving is unjustified.

Hand on heart, I'd be lying if I said I don't like having a safe and friendly blast on the open road against someone in a car of equivalent - or better performance. Only last week I had a cracking play with some older dude in a 911. However, I don't drive around terrorising girls in girls' cars. It's just not on.

To be honest, we were even considering an Impreza for her next car. OK, we are both under 25 and would have to seek specialist insurance, but then they are capable cars and it would be worth the hassle. It's idiots like this Chris geezer that then sway our decisions otherwise.

David, I agree 100%. It naffs me off when you see people trying to intimidate people into driving faster, making a mistake etc etc. This is not fun, and should really be stamped out. Its nearly as annoying as people talking on their mobiles whilst driving.

What bothers me with d1ckheads is how, 99 times out of 100, the d1ckheads gets away scot free, whilst the normal joe punter has to pay for repairs etc that were caused when d1ckhead forced them into a mistake.

I'm not a great driver, and certainly know my limitations where driving is concerned, but what you can never know is someone elses. This Chris needs to back off and learn a bit of sense, although i fear that wont happen.

Thanks mate. And thanks for your honesty. I'm also no Colin Mcrae, and neither is the missus. To be honest, I do't think this geezer is either. That said, it was raining last night and very slippy, and he has four wheels getting his power down. I know AWD doesn't make you invincible (I know from having Quattro) but it is far safer on your wet Mancunian roads. Like you say, trying to push a little and uncapable car in front to go faster is just silly. Like you say, it could have forced her off the road and caused an accident. Thanks for your support!

David....i totaly understand your frustration mate.

I get people just like that in my area. Many a time i drive my wagon and i get none scoob idiots that want to take me on. I have learned now that its not worth putting my foot down every time someone comes up my ***. Its also sad to see such a large community of subaru drivers/owners being spoilt by idiots that drive or streets at neck breaking speeds showing off there scoobys. I learnt a while ago, its good to drive slow, this way you get Seen and Heard lol.

its also sad to see members on here trying to rip apart your statement that first started this thread.....You have made your point and the driver concerned should take note. hope you don't see as us scooby drivers just being noisey and drive reclessly as this is not always the case. All the best Dave and your misses.

Thanks John. It's encouarging to have people back me up on here. I do know that a lot of enthusiasts (people like your good self, real Scoob fanatics) aren't like that. Just the few mindless idiots that couldn't care about their own cars, their own welfares, and importantly anyone elses. Have a great new year. David and Amy.
