Probably be one of these that gets really really upset when you overtake them, and I mean safely overtake.
You know the sort.. start flashing their lights, giving you the V's or the bird whilst muttering obscenities at you as you go past (as if you're going to stop to lip read!)

another thing that gets me is that no-one overtook him...... it's like overtaking is deemed illegal nowadays
I'm a firm believer of doing 30mph in a 30 zone. Just stick it in 3rd and enjoy the burble with the windows down, 40 past a school is just stupid.
