Behind me on A217 at Kingswood roundabout tonight at 5.30pm. Was it you. Also - beware, census being conducted on London side of M25 J8. It amazes me that they do this on a dual carriageway. This morning they had one lane closed with queues back about 3 miles. Fortunately I was going the other way but the cost of the delays must be huge and for what? When do we ever see the results of a census or hear someone say "we conducted a census and, because of the results, we have made these improvements to this road/junction etc" Get out and catch real criminals
