Default Spare Seats available for Litchfield / Powerstation visit

I've got my first service tomorrow so I've got 2 back seats spare for a ride to Litchfield / Powerstation.

Dave & I will be setting off from my gaff before 7am for arrival there at 10 ish... Once there we'll look around Ian's facilities as well as Powerstation's (Same building) and try and get a T25 demo.. My car won't be there long as it's a quick oil change, suspension check over, map tweak and a dyno... then back up the M5 about lunchtime ish...

First come first served and you've got to be in Wakefield for the 7am start..

Thanks Dave.

Great company and some nifty map work getting round those two crashes on the M1..

T25 drive? Don't you mean 6 car overtaking run at **CENSORED** MPH?

Iain definately fidgeted at one stage...

I'll be posting the technical question regarding my 27.5 degrees Dyno run to see what the more usual 17 degrees would have given..

Any techies here that can estimate what 315 BHP and 308 Ft Lbs would rise to with an intake temperature down 10 degrees from 27.5??

Twas bloody warm in the dyno room..

Difficult to give it some pastie stuck in traffic.. but Thursdays run will be it's baptism..

Al, also worth baring in mind the 1k on the clock. We all know that Scoobs don't get frisky 'til after 5k, and really good by 15k.

Default Power Adjustment Equation

Al this might help you out

The equation for dyno correction factor -

where: cf = the dyno correction factor
Pd = the pressure of the dry air, mb
Tc = ambient temperature, deg C

The relative horsepower is simply the mathematical reciprocal of the correction factor.

Are you doing this yet?

Daz.. er.. thanks.. er.. mate.. That was .. er.. very useful. I've done it 6 times and have car that's as powerful as my wifes hairdryer or could launch a Saturn 5 Rocket into orbit..

I do remember seeing the various Pd, TC's etc.. but glazed over and just watched the plot forming..

Thanks Dave.. I am looking forward to it loosening up.. Especially with 2,345,876.00987 horse power to free up..

I think I will be taking mine down to Powerstation to get the AST's at some point.

I did a Croft track day the other Sunday (Fantastic, loads better than Rallydrive, except the cost ) I would probably get one more trackday outta the tyres at Rallydrive but two trackdays at Croft, so the extra cost of doing Croft is offset by tyre saving costs

On doing the trackday the rear offside strut was making an awful racket (the infamous strut problem). So if I get the AST's it will erradicate the problem

Glad you like the car Alan, I think I saw that same car about 18 months ago with no block in it awaiting the 2.5 block to go in

Damian.
