TOTB Today sunday 31st July
Not such a good turn out especially at the arranged meeting point
Thanks to Simon and Chris for turning up I was getting lonely,
Good to meet you Simon think thats the first time ? Good to speak to you again chris too.
HUGE!! Thanks to Chris T-O-T-B - Claire and Steve for sorting the parking area out huge and excellent location.
However just a little under-occupied to start with, some none members filled it up throughout the day though.
Sorry I did not get to meet the rest of you peeps who turned up a little later.
what a traffic jam going into the place!!
Simon managed to take a rest break in the tree's while the car was still on the main road in traffic nice manouvre
apparently there were some really cool cars there

Hi Al
To be honest I am not too sure who turned up ? We all went for a walk around on our arrival. When i went back to stand parking area it was full, I only noticed a couple of other WYIOC'ers cars by the dash mounted WYIOC cards I am sure they will stand up and show themselves ?
Quite a few cars in our area where none members who took advantage of the empty spaces and location to park, as i said it really was ideal spot close to the action and not a mile down the strip where general peeps where being directed to park. Sorry once again to guys I never met ?
I was leaving ponte at 8ish just heading through Fev past crem on my way back to cas, did wave never recognised who it was ut i do wave to all scoobies

Sorry about missing the 0830 meeting, me 9 mth old baby kept us up most of the nite teathing, I did send Al a txt to past on to you guys, dont know if you got it?
I got there about 1130 after Q ing from A64, I went up the Brid road & cut across back roads to Elvi to find only a small q.
I parked next to simon, the other cars at the back were the young asian lad & his mate in the 3 dr.
A good day out, the Icelandic/RCM Impreza was fantastic, the 1st time anywhere a Scoob had done a 9 sec 1/4 mile (I think thats what they said).
Not so great was the couple who had there Cossi nicked from in the car park, theiving low life scum.
Mark.

Hi Killa There were three of us at first, Simon Chris and myself in the WYIOC area, when i went back later on in the day it was full, sorry we missed you.I cant for the life of me recall an MR2 in the parking area a couple of P1's ?, did you park at the back or front of the area.
I believe the record was made because it was a 2 litre engine in the icelandic scoob that made 9.??, think my understanding is that the other scoobs to make it to the nines were modified 2.3 and 2.5 engines
