Many thanks to Simon (whitescooby)
Spent today stripping the AST's off Simons car and replacing them with my OE rubbish. All I can say is how extremely grateful I am for such a kind offer. His car is being chopped and the dealers it's going to haven't got a clue what stuff was on his car, so he gratiously has been offloading stuff here, there and everywhere. I took the suspension, wheels (his tyres were better and the wheels had a little less corrosion) and his rear brake pads
Just been out and had a test to make sure everything is bolted on right and they seem superb. Ride quality seems better, yet the ride is firmer giving much better steering feel and turn in. Can't wait to get playing with the adjustability
KTG should have the new DL in the morning
Again, many thanks and see you Sunday, about 2pm

If I take any more I'll have a guilt overload. I have the rear anyway, but may look at the front one on sunday ALK looks like quite a lot of bits to swap so I'll draw the line there
