nice vid! glad to see that even my swift made an appearance, though i wasn't driving it at the time. the lady instructer was driving + amazed me just how quick the little 1.3/100bhp/£200 beast would go (and she was wearing high healed shoes!)

Yeh mate it really went, glad you managed to get it all up and running in time for trackday. Did the battery fall out again at any point after I saw you strapping it back in?

 

battery stayed in ok after my carefull use of 6 tie wraps!

a big problem now though - got home last saturday, parked it up, locked it, all was fine. went to go out in it earlier + can't find the keys ! turned the house upside down + can't find them anywhere! Car is still sat there so don't think keys have been nicked? had to break in to get my tool box out (you definately don't need the keys to nick this thing as i got into it in under a minute!) oh well, sure they will turn up!

Yes she's back with me and looking great! Night I got it back though someone broke into a house 5 down from me and stole their A3 Diesel (?) glad the Mrs' Mini was obscuring mine on the drive.

If I'd have just paid £900 to get it repaired and then it was nicked same day I'd not be too happy. The lowlife also nicked her telly and a photoframe(?!?). In the words of Alan Partridge "Scum, Sub-human Scum"

For the record, the tune is 'Showbiz' by Muse from the album 'Showbiz' - an excellent driving CD if there ever was one, but unfortunately does require you to put your foot down quite a bit

It was that or loads of Scunny wind noises interspersed with me and the Mrs talking so take your pic

 

Good footage but what a ****e track, its worse than our roads around west yorkshire and we have to pay to use them aswell.

 

But how many tracks do you have unlimited use of for a whole day for the sake of £30..(adds in costs of repairs....okay £930)
