New clutch, wheel bearing, and some part of the engine is messed up/broken this seems like the thing holding the engine poss the mounts, but I don't know what it is,

All fairly routine stuff. You could give Ken at Prospect (0113 2630158) a try, he can usually fit people in at quite short notice. Didn't you have your geo done there by Tams ?

french cars are wonderful aren't they! my 306 set fire to itself, spat brake pads down the road and all sorts! i'll put a post on PGAC and see if anyone knows any reputable people

Thanks, the engine seems to be rocking like it's high, mounting seems naft, and the other problems too..

killa, theres a place near freeport Kevin Oxley 07951723908, a mate of mine recommends and also sun lane garage at wakey's supposed to be an independant pug specialist. hope they're some use to you. how long can it wait? ricky used to do alot of work for us on the pugs (hes a pug nut an all!) but its cash in hand work when he can fit it in.
