With the NBO coming up and me disappearing for a couple of weeks, Al could do with a hand in arranging things folks. We need someone to keep everyone batting off the same hymn sheet and make sure the convoys meet at the right time, right place and leave/arrive together, as well as liasing with the other regions (Mids, Hull, S.Yorks etc) about the MEGA CONVOY meet-up at Ferrybridge at 10am.

At the moment the schedule is something like...

9.15am - WYIOC at TP

10am - Meet other regions at Ferrybridge

10.20am - Depart

11am - Arrive at NBO

There will also be some guys camping it up 5 miles from LW the night before, and I aren't sure if people on the stand need to be there early
