I was actually booked and paid for to go to the Isle of Man TT bike race this weekend just gone (with Pauleds & Steph) but I've had stomach pains since last Wednesday and then on Friday night they got "really bad" with a fever.

Helen half took me to hospital on Saturday where after being prodded, poked and scanned they announced I had appendicitis! I got operated on at Midnight on Saturday but when I came round at 3am they'd forgotten to put the painkillers in.

I actually thought I been stabbed! Spent the next 2 days either in agony (the appendix was infected) or off my head on morphine, drips and oxygen- had some freaky visions man (one where everyone had a really big head - no sh*t!).

Just been released from Hospital. Battered, bruised and very sore but they can only take your appendix out once

No driving for a while

 

Holy moly what's going on round here has anyone in the club upset a gypsy or something

I can see the recent influx of new members making a run for it now before the infamous WYIOC curse strikes them too

I think it was waking them all up before the NBO last year at the TP that did it.

Maybe I should buy some lucky heather to make up for it.

Ian... Hope you're feeling better soon mate... If we'd known, we could have had a special WYIOC 'fly past' the hospital... The pops, bangs, overruns, flames, exhaust notes and reving of engines would have gone down a treat...
