Any ideas where to take the car - 53 plate sti?

Rang KT Greens (dealer) to set the benchmark......Price was £350.00 which included my 3 year body inspection as well (plus the dreaded vat so £411 all in)

HDC in Hebden Bridge quoted £307.00 plus vat which bearing in mind excludes the body inspection which I'll have done @ KT Greens anyway (£35.00 plus vat incidentally) seems bloody expensive. Cross them off the list may as well go with the dealer!

Paul Stabler Tuning has quoted "around" £250.00 plus vat. Very reasonable. Trouble is the dealer is 10 minutes away whereas Paul is a good 120 mile round trip. Factor in the petrol and my time to get up there and back down is it really worth saving £75.00 or so?

Richard Henry's - tempting & very close to work which makes it handy. No price as yet and Ali put me off going there again after something he said recently (nothing too bad) although Andy had worked on my Classic with no real issue.

Scoobyclinic is a no no for me.

Any more ideas? Anyone remember what they paid for their 30k service?

Hi Rob, I do remember that the 1st year Body service was cheapest of all at KTG but that there was a big difference for the service itself with Goldens being far cheaper. A lot of people are saying good things about the guy who posts on here, Bowetts iirc? Depends if you want the a**l oil change which you deffo don't get at Goldens (I left it idling for 10 minutes after the oil changes to make sure there was full circulation & always drove home off turbo).
