....before I do that I need to sort myself out with a new DVD player as the problem I have at the moment is that I have a state of the art DVD surround sound player but it plays bugger all formats. I can therefore possibly knock DVDs up on but I've no way of checking whether it's worked at the mo therefore everything I do at the mo is going onto CDs in VCD format (which is all my DVD player will do) - but that obviously has about a 700MB limit which for a yearbook won't be much use if it's going to look good on a telly.

It's something I'm going to do anyway as they only release South Park DVDs on Region 1 now so I need a new player!

Don't worry Al it'll be in the shops for Xmas!

It might be because you need Quicktime installed to view Putfile - unfortunately it doesn't acutally tell you this so a lot of people have a problem. However some kind chap on the Northern board put up a link that will pop it up in Windows media player http://uploadfile.putfile.com/videos/28117333121.wmv

That should work hopefully.
