Wayne - Our most recent and newest member (who attended last months EOM) has informed me that his Brother had a nasty break in a few days ago; this happened in the Dewesbury area. His STI was the the obvious target, but whilst they didn't get the keys to the STI, they got away with his wifes Yaris.

I'm usually reluctant to post such things, but considering it was a violent break in, at night when his family were in bed, I feel it my duty to keep you informed that Scum are still on the prowl.

The incident means that both Wayne & his brother have now sold their Scoobs and will be missing for the foreseeable future. Whilst I'm sure we can all understand their reasoning, I hope that we see them both back soon.

There's no word to describe such animals. Pitiful excuses for humans who prey on hard working & decent folk. Worthless scumbags who don't know the word decency or respect and simply deserve every ****ty low life event that will fall upon their hopeless & pointless lives and I'm sure we'll find them scavenging in a **** filled back alley somewhere...

I hope everyone's OK With the scum willing to resort to violence you really do have to ensure the keys are left in an easy to find place in the hope they do not need to disturb you. I've said it before on other such threads, but no matter how big you are, whilst you're drifting in a Seratonin haze dreaming of Cameron Diaz you are no match for several Adrenaline filled armed thugs.

It's a shame that such actions have resulted in the sale of the cars, and the loss of enjoyment that they'd have given. It's a victory for the theiving b'stards.

To the scum: My keys are in clear view, in the kitchen, on the worktop, just past the two hungry Dobes. The alarm fob is around the kneck of the even hungrier dobe in the cage (there's a clue in there somewhere)

Things like this really p*ss me off!!!

Unfortunately it looks like things are not going to change in the near future.

Until it happens to you it is very difficult to comprehend.

At the moment my car keys are usually with me when I go to bed, with that said I would be mortified if any harm came to any of my family due to this. So from now on they can stay downstairs and they can have the thing.

Hope the tw@ts get caught and given some real retribution, i.e. a proper good kicking ot within an inch of their lives - although I'm not holding my breath!

As has been said above hope everybody involved is ok and can move on from such a sh*tty incident such as this.

 

Sorry to hear about this and as Sticky says sorry it resulted in the sale of the Scoob but I can understand the reasoning, thought twice about getting another scoob after mine was nicked and mine was only nicked from the car park at work, if someone had broken into the house I would have been much more concerned about getting another.

Can only echo what has been said above, it makes me really angry to hear about these incidents and feeling you have to sell the scoob due to the actions of some thieving ****** with no respect for anything or anyone really is sickening, why should honest, hard working folk have to change the way they want to live and what they want to do cos of these scum, they're the ones in the wrong here!!!

thanks for all the kind words guys it was a heartbreaking decicion iv only had car 11 months was totaly mint beter than new 4k my brother is a profesional boxing coach and a very handy lad but when your house is shaking with them knocking the door down its easy to say oh ye il go down and sort it sort what3 guys or even more with god knows what wepons !!!!!!!! i just couldnt take the chance of it hapening to me or shud i say my wife and kids the scum havnt won cos they dont have what i have aq good happy life thev got nothing lets hope that wen they look in the mirror they just see a coward scum hey every1 wev earned what we have just be aware hope to god it never hapens to any of you i had my car 11 months never had a prb maybe i never wud but couldnt take the risk
