I imagine the bloke in the van had a bit of a sore head after having broken the windscreen with his forehead. Like you say though the bloke in the merc is clearly an absolute to55er, not only does he clearly not give a fu[k about the pedestrians about to cross the road including a pram, but also has no regard for his own kid as he guns it.

 

Now that is laugh out loud material
