Nice one. I remember pulling a similar stunt when I was driving an Alton cars courtesy car.
It was EOM at the FG and I waited at the bottom of the hill after the Emley transmitter, just before the really long straight. I saw the guys fly down the hill and I pulled out...
Mick was immediately pi55sed off at this poor driving... I proceeded to to drive at 30 in the 60 and shook my fist at the 'lunatics' overtaking me at 40.... Mick didn't spot me and was as close to road rage as you can get.. Of course he wasn't happy at this doddery old git giving him grief..
I held the rest of the convoy up and gave Mark some more shakes of the fist before he realised it was me...
I pulled in to the FG car park and Mick instantly recognised the car and thought the doddery old git had followed them to the car park to 'kick off'... His face was a bloody picture... I can tell you!
Classic..
