Just an update on the santa cruise, i have spoken to the place where we will be going an the date that the lady came up with was 9th dec at 2.00pm.
I have all the details we need as to what presents to buy for the children, when we get there most of the children can come out side and have their photo taken either in the car or at the side of the car, there are 12 children all together and i have the list of gifts to buy. The only thing sheila did ask was that we kept the number of people down to only 13 as too many people would get the children upset. I did also mention to sheila that we would like to make xmas cards for the kids with the photos on that we would take, and she thought it would be a great idea, so all i need to know is that the date is ok for everyone who have put their names down on the list, as i have to ring back tomorrow and confirm it. DEBBIE

cheers stu, that would be great i spoke to alan this morning and we are going to get to the hospice for 3pm instead of 2 as shaun has got footy that sat.

9th ok with me can you post ideas on presents or do you prefer cash donation.

 

We have currently have £80 sat in the charity coffers. I'll be bringing the footie cards to the EOM so that should raise a further £20. If we take some pledges / donations from people on the day then we should raise a further £60+.

I reckon we can make £200

We'll then divide this equally between the 13 kids and this should be in the region of £15 each. Katrina and Debbie will then work to get some relevant boy / girl & age related presents for the kids... we can wrap them and turn up on the day

Photographers required as Aileen has promised some Xmas cards from the photos..

Better plans to be set over the coming few weeks..

 

I will be in Baiken (Blitzen) and bring my camra tripod etc for the photos
