I doubt theres anything good in South Leeds!! Let alone a B&B!
Does it HAVE to be South Leeds? I know of a few good hotels etc that are only 10 - 15minutes drive from Beeston/Holbeck (South Leeds) area

think thats the best value for money ......Bewleys Hotel Leeds, Leeds City Centre Hotel, Leeds Hotel Near M62, M1 and M621 Jct 3, Hotel Car Parking Available
bar open til 1am and its nice .... also may be able to get you it at a cheaper rate safe free parking also sorry don't know of any pubs
