Not done one me self but my bro "got one paid for" on his stag do and he said it was fantastic (even though he turned green when he realised where we taken him)
He did it at Target Sky Sports on Hibaldstow airfield in Lincolnshire, not Yorkshire I know but it's only about as far as Blyton track day.

i used to do a bit of parachuting , but never did a tandem skydive!
having a bloke strapped to my back always seemed a bit dodgy!
but my club was Merlin parachute centre based at Topcliffe barracks near A1/A19 junction.
don't know if they are still going!
edited to say googled em , they have now moved to co durham!
good people tho ,
a little stocky instructor named mitch or midge was a real looney!

I have but it was in the states over Key West and from 12,000 ft really good it was too from that hight, bunged the pilot $30 for a few more feet. 40second freefall Woowooaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:luvlove : luved it...
Also did a assisted freefall near Cisco,, i.e. you have no fecking idea what your doing, other than simply jump from the plane... you do 5 jumps first then two guys freefall at the side of you and pull your shoot if you pass out from the shock!!!! not for the faint hearted though, and trully scary... I don't think they do it in the uk
I'll ask my mate who jumps from planes as a hobby, he'll know the best place to go...
Dzzzz
BTW if you've not done it before you'll love it... I've been thinking of a new hobbie and have been looking at buying a Microlight, "Soz Mick WWII's over" so learning Skydive also is a good idea...

Cheers Daz,
Really fancy doing it, let me know what your mate says
I did the microlight flying in Turkey, went up to get some aerial pictures of our house there.
Got back down to find they hadnt pressed record on the DVD so went up again, its fab, scary but in a good kind of way.... highly recommend it....
