Important Notice
Ladies Gentlemen.
It saddens me to inform but Baiken has gone.
The good news is it’s gone to a very good home, to be honest I really could not of wished her to go to a better home as its gone to someone who has always loved her
My journey started back in 2004 when I bought this car from Shazouka , I chose it from a whole heap of Impreza’s but as silly as it sounds it just ticked all the right boxes, and felt right.
GC8 and my journey from that day has been a good experience a few testers along the way.. but me, other members, and the car had some great times.
I sincerely hope he has the great experience I had with her.
Stand up for Matt the new owner, Dave Carter and Matt came over and took her from me last night. I felt like a had lost a part of me when she drove away
, however, like said, she has gone to great home.
And the good news is she will still make some WYIOC meets and events.

Did'nt think you'd actually sell it! Like you say its gone to a good home. So whats replacing it then ???!!!

Mick has seen the light, folks.
It'll be white, have 3 red diamonds for a badge, and a few roman numerals thrown in for good measure

Well done Matt. I'm genuinely pleased that a true WYIOC car says in our midst and in the hands of a top fella.....
Mick - Whatever car you get mate will replace Baiken in spirit. The main thing is.. the driver will still be here.. you'll be adding that 'special something' to whatever you turn up in...

only saw the car once but it looked awesome and mick was a top bloke as well hope to see you again next year

You didn't mention that earlier, just got in from work, I knew that the car was a very good example now has gone to a good home,

I was/am privileged to have had been a passenger in such an awsome machine ...... proper loved been up on the dales and over to the smacs It's been a pleasure mate it REALLY has...

Couldn't believe it when Sarah told us u'd sold,but know u'll come back with something just as good....
Did look nice today though when Matt came round corner at TP gleaming bright yellow....
Was strange seeing someone else in the driving seat,Kaine could'nt understand kept saying who's that in Micks car....
Hope u get something soon Mick,and you can come out to play on the 29th...

Doubt he'll be out on any runs or meets until he gets summat else.
Christ, I was gutted for him seeing it today. Kids said how awkward it seemed with the car there but no jolly fat guy (They could have been on about Santa though, not too sure

, I sure wasn't expecting to read this anytime soon, can't believe you sold her
Well I spose it had to happen one day with your history of car ownership you were never gonna keep it forever, bet you're bloody gutted at the minute though
I'm sure there'll be plenty of spare seats avaible if you need a lift to any of the meets, just one word of advice, the first meet you go to without Baiken will feel rather weird
but you'll get used to it
