Gary.
KC's is my local and it's not up to scratch.. it is half the price of the others.. but you get what you pay for..
There's two behind XScape.. Can't remember the names, but we went to the one further back off the road.
The one with the glass front, right on the road is excellent.. great modern interior with an A la carte menu up stairs. Down stairs is 4-5 ranges full of buffet food...all top qulaity. The best Bit about this place?? They have a Raw food range where's there chicken & other meats, king prawns, fresh veg and various sauces.. you just help yourslef to what you want and take it directly to an adjacent open cooking area where a chef will cook it in front of you.. I usually have a plate full of king prawns with black bean & garlic sauce... The guy cooks it to your taste and you throw in what you want... superb.. This one is highly reccomended for the smaller party <10.. but the other we went to seemed to be better equipped for the larger group..

They are China City and Eastern Court IIRC. Eastern Court is the new glass-fronted building.
Eaten at both, and Al's comments are spot on.
There's also Elements inside Xscape. Never eaten there because;
a) It always looks VERY quiet. Few customers = poor cuisine IMHO
b) There's a fantastic Indian AYCE just a couple of doors away
