By the way are the cars in the first section Group B cars?

Yup, white and yellow one is an S2 quattro. Black one looks like it's the road going version, the Quattro Sport. Think about 140 were sold to the public out of the 200 built for homologation. (Figures could be wrong though, 1985 was a long time ago )

The box cars look old school, but they don't seem to lack any power or driver ability...

 

In their hay day (before they started drivers and spectators) they could accelerate to 60 on gravel faster than the same day F1 cars could on the track...

we all like the audi's of old but when I brought my Brother to a meet with you guys in his Audi S4 avant (260BHP twin turbo) you could have shown a little more interest, I said these guys admire all types of sports derived cars......what did you all do.... snub him!!! He felt like an outcast, not really the reception I expect from the members I know!!!

Anyway here's looking forward to a better club for 2007.
