BT are using agency workers in Telephone Exchanges, to do migration work. Basically all you do is run a pair of cables from 1 side of the frame to another connection on the other side of the frame, and repeat the process from another connection to the other side again. Can get agency numbers if you are interested, All you need to do is be able to count and trace cables not rocket science, They also have a night shift work aswell as day shift.
