just wondering when the time comes, if anyone knows how much im going to have to expect to pay for the conversion, and if it will be worth it or quicker n cheaper to just go out and buy a turbo model?

aye well when im past the 21 year old mark (one week to go ) ill look into getting another turbo oh and another years no claims, my first turbo scooby cost me £2400 in insurance so i wont be getting one till that price drops by about a grand

Yup, as with most modifying, better to just move on to the better model than try to make a silk purse out of something that isn't. Not much more than £7k (9 actually) will buy you my old car, or see you squarely in Bugeye WRX territory these days.

I can't put my finger on why, though it could well be the spoiler, or Subaru's marketing approach, but even before I was into Scoobs I hated the bloody things.
Just my humble opinion, no offence to any owners.
Nice wheels though.

well if i didnt get one of them it would have to be the RB5 but there dunt seem to be many about for sale dont know if thats just me looking in wrong place but are they any more expensive to insure than say an import STi?? or are they more into the P1 or 22B territory insurance wise??
