Default Stand Pipe

I's like to put a stand pipe in at the side and/or back of the house for the Karcher....

Anyone here that can do this? How much will this be as I see someone having to find the water mains and drill / dig down to get to it...

PM me if needed...

Ta

just fit an outside tap to the side/back of the house
most diy shops sell them as a kit
if you start using stand pipes you will need a licence from the water board
and the regs on this get very complicated ie one way valves to stop chemical from the pressure washer getting back into the water main
if the machine brakes down
hope this helps

Does your kitchen face on to were you want your out side tap if so just drill through your out side wall just under your sink then use 35mm yorkshire fittings to attach to the cold water pipe which feeds your tap remember to put plastic pipe round your copper pipe before you push it through the wall then leave about five inch to play with on the out side so when you screw your tap on to the out side wall you have plenty to play with there is no soldering involved yorkshire fittings are easy. good luck .. bri.

Bri.. I'd have liked it both front and side.. but there's no water pipes I'm aware of at the side, so it looks like I'll have to drill through from the Kitchen to the back yard.. then run a hose pipe to the front to do my car (and clean the paved area)...

No major hassle..

Just need to get a long enough bit and pluck up the courage to drill through the wall...
