I'm in London and Katrina get woken up by the sound of a possible drunken driver at 2am Saturday..ramming the Merc into our wall

Comes round the lights.. looses it and collects the the Merc... Pushes it 8ft into our front wall...

Driver legs it... Cops find the owner who says he lent it to a mate... Police have the CCTV of him filling up at Sainsbury's.. so we have a person & name ..

Problem is.. surprise, surprise... the ****** wasn't insured...

Mark-E - I'll PM you mate as I need someone to fix the wall up... May as well put the tap in at the same time.. If you're free mate..

Possible write off too... as the whole RHS is wasted and the offside wing is damaged from the wall impact... Not sure what chassis or roof damage has been done as it was a decent impact..

Will be trying to sort this crap out for a few days..

 

**** sandwich mate. So what's the crack, the guy who owned it did it and is lying, or he did actually lend it to a mate and he did it? Either way hopefully the person responsible will have to cough up.....but I'm probably living in a dream world eh.

Feel for you mate as no doubt you'll be the one doing all the chasing and wasting of time, as well as being out of pocket.

At least it wasn't the Scoob is the only positive thing I can think off.

fookin barstewerds my cars not insured at the mo i miss the runs out the enjoyment of being in it but i would never even think of driving it on public roads
