Try the insurance section on Scoobynet A-plan is recommended and they saved me £230 of my renewal this year. And my excess was reduced from £550 to £200.

As Mark says A Plan. The best without a shadow of a doubt.

I just got a pretty good deal with Swinton, they have a special modified/imported vehicle department in Manchester, but you can reach them through the main number on the website. I dealt with Robin and he was really helpfull and enthusiatic and knows his modified cars. Make sure you haggle with them though, saved another £200 from their absolute rock bottom quote in the end

And i wouldn't recommend RAC. I was told they cover imports and modified cars, but i had to spell Subaru to the young lady on the phone Now I'm not normally an angry person but on this occaision i had to put the phone down

Also worth contacting Gary Moleson (Moley WRX) who heads a Scoob specific department with Keith Michaels Insurance. Lots of details in the insurance section. I concur with A-Plan also, I was with them for 2-3 years. Greenlight and Bell Direct are often recommended by others.

Give Gary Moleson a call from Keith Michaels with your best quote. I'll be very surprised if he doesn't beat it.
