My little Furby got tw@tted
AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
After a silly biatch last week nearly taking me out on the M1/M62 roudabout this may be becoming an unlucky car
Sat at the roadside with a client today talking them through the right reverse manoevre when we hear some racing high speed engines. Look ahead to see one of those stand-upon mowers used to trim the verge coming at high speed, with the drivers mates in the transit one inch (and I am not exagerating) behind him laughing and enjoying themselves. I looked at the gap between me and the car parked opposite and thought, OH NO ! I reached out for my mirror to try and save it but chickened out, prefering to loose a mirror than an arm. They must have taken a layer of wax off, but to my amazement didn't hit it. My rear bumper didn't fair as well though. There was a scraping noise and the car rocked. I leapt from the car and went after them, catching the mower guy who'd pulled in to trim a verge, oblivious to what had happened behind him. The van drivers were away and around the corner. He told me they were all part of a crew and they'd be waiting for him around the corner. I ran back to my car and went and found them, informing the driver that he'd not see the day out with a job if I had my way. 1/2 an hour later their gaffer arrived and was very polite and appologetic, advising me to visit a local bodyshop with whom they have a contract and all would be sorted for me. When I filled him in as to the happenings he assured me that they would not be in employment by the end of the day. Thankfully, the damage is minor, with just a few scratches which will easilly buff out and a blow over will see it right.
Just mulling over whether to report them to the Plod for dangerous driving now

Some gimp scratched mine on rear bumper today. Sure it was the **** neighbour but of course he denies it..... luckily i think most has buffed out

Let's hope they do get the boot Dave.
Thought of you other day as I saw a learner motor which the owner had left the alloys on - I think it's safe to say their pupils weren't the best at parking absolutely sh@gged to bits.
