WYIOC to Scooby Shootout - 27th May
Well as this is nearly upon us, we need to know who will be attending for the club stand. Below is a section of the email I received from Shaun@ Scoobynet regarding the club stand. We have an allocation of 25 cars on the club stand area, given on a first come, first served basis. Please post if you will be attending and I will update the list accordingly. The marquee and BBQ will be setup as per usual.

Come along and show your support for the WYIOC cars running in the event
We will be meeting at The Trading Post for a 7.15am depart, as we need to be set up on the stand for no later than 9am.
This year see's the Special Club Area in the heart of the action! :-) The Club Area will be situated directly looking on to the handling and 1/4m strip on the hard standing concrete runway. You best make sure all your members cars are in tip top, waxed and polished condition as you will be getting plenty of the ScoobyNet community walking around!! Situated behind you will be the Trade Area along with various food outlets.
We have taken (and confirmed) your requirements for your area, but should you need a bigger area please let us know ASAP and we will see what we can do (unfortunately no promises though). Unfortunately this facility can not be negotiated on the day.
It is absolutely imperative that you give us a FINAL confirmation of vehicle numbers ASAP. Vehicles will only be allowed in to the Club Area with a valid pass (detailed further on).
You will be required to setup your area between 7:30am - 9am on Sunday 27th May. Any vehicle entrance for the Club Area will not be allowed after this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your Club Area vehicles are in and setup.
We operate a strict health & safety policy, so will not allow vehicles to be given access to this public area whilst the event is live.
The event should end around 5:30pm on the 27th, which all area's will need to be cleared.

Bugger.... I'd added this in to t'other Simons thread... but seeing that this was put together by the Treasurer, I'd best bow to his undisputed authority and put my bit here... 
The pre-arranged 25 car stand place was arranged with Simon some months ago.
Also, Ninja's running, so some support for the Barmy Barnsley Beast will be appreciated...
There'll be no camping, but we will be taking all the WYIOC tentage, flamage, eatage and drinkage...
I'll PM the gorgeous and fabulous Aileen to see if we can get some of that great 'snap' (thanks Paul for this Yorkshire Land Lingo) she provides..
This is really a turn up and do event, but the club will be having a Convoy down from the Trading Post and we'd appreciate all helpers turning up to do some erecting...

I'll be at the (oh so slightly) more sedate surroundings of my Grandma's 85th Birthday party this day in the sunny republic of Sheffield so won't be able to make it.
Make sure we get some good pics 'n' vids and all those competing get some good times - but more importantly have a good time, like Martin in the wet last year

Well guys and girls,my car will be under the clinics tent as iam raceing it for them on the day.
as u all know it is a highly tuned engine and it as to be there so they can keep their eye on it,,,,,, ie keep playing with the mapping an all that stuff...
see u all there.....

Well guys and girls,my car will be under the clinics tent as iam raceing it for them on the day.
as u all know it is a highly tuned engine and it as to be there so they can keep their eye on it,,,,,, ie keep playing with the mapping an all that stuff...

Will hand my fees to, er!! Whoever on the day looking forward to it as is the lad, 10 year old and loves cars.
Sorry i have not been about but work commitments have stopped me partaking in the fun, not happy i missed the camping trip, now the scooby has loosened up she needs a good blast...
Sticky would not mind a chat about some graphics for the car but don't know what colour for the urban grey....
