Anybody know where I can find the above?

Car's booked in with Howard at HDC tomorrow at 8am for Cambelt Change and a gasket replacing. Also getting the brakes checked out as they have developed a constant annoying squeak at low speeds which only stops when I brake or drive faster.

Other than that I don't really see any issues for why the car would fail an mot but Howard is going to giver the old gal a once over.

On a sad point I'm not going to be able to attend any meets for the meantime becuase my new job requires that I work every Thursday night until 9pm so bit gutted about that .

Any suggestions would be appreciated on the MOT front though.

Your car is a 93 model and an import so may not be subject to emissions test anyway.

 

as Einstein saidbeing a 93 import it will (should) be tested as a standard emissions test.

Vehicle emissions, Diesel smoke test, catalytic converters and advanced emissions test.

 

That's excellent news thanks for that guys. I will speak to Howard tomorrow see to find somewhere with a good reputation to get it MOT'd!

I know a friendly place. Cheap too. Are kids a mechanic for a reputable car company and could do it no problem.

 

If you've not had it done already go to Well Lane Turbo Center in Batley £25 and mines a 93 with a decat and it sailed through
