Default caught speeding

was caught yesterday doing an average of 98.86mph on M1 and was given a summons by traffic cops anyone (simon) know what i'm looking at points/ban? is there owt to look out for on summons etc for getting off?

other than that was a good day as i was off for the car remapping hence setting off late and putting foot down to try make some time up with M1 not been that busy but nay mind new figures are 392bhp and 356ftlb

Few years back I got caught doing an average of 101 mph which got me 6 points and a £90 fine not sure on how you may be able to get off, but my advice would be pay for a solicitor if going to court. I did and thats why i only got points as usually anything over a ton is a ban. Hopefully as you were just under i'd guess at points and a fine, would have thought 6 points on a positive note. . . Nice figures after the re map

I got caught doing 103 on A64, had to go to court and I used the duty solicitor on the day.

I got £255 and 6 points but no ban.

Was caught a few years ago doing 96.8mph. (There are nice coppers out there ) I accepted the slap on the wrist and agreed to a fixed penalty there and then. 3 points £60 fine.

Hopefully you should get points and fine as its under 100mph.

6 months, like to keep you hanging on i suppose, its like them whole producer thingys, i have had to do them a couple of times as i only look 12 and a typical every day joy rider, its all to inconvenience you....

Scott definately is going to EOM....

I might have to work, got an event on and desperately trying to find an event manager to run it for me, otherwise i will have to be there

Still on with sorting it though, really wanted to come as we missed last months as we were on holiday and then this months is the anniversary i might hang around make sure everything is ok and see you all there later on....
