Then we landed and the shower of sparks erupted and seemed to sit on the road for ages
Glad Ella didn't have a mirror, otherwise the bollocking would have been even worse

the thing is you would think that would mean the cars behind you would slow down but oh no not Scott slipped into 3rd and tried to do the same...
Nuts that lad which is obviously why I love him
We had a bit of a issue on way home on a corner sliding forward and sliding and sliding and eventually gripped, was a bit scary but in a nice way

Aye, good run out, think we need to do that run again, catch some more air
Ah, that corner I know the one you mean, I was hard on the brakes when I should have been trying to get it round the bend
Got a little lost on the way home, and ended up going via Bradford, came across a silver Corsa that was a bit rapid . . think it was on the Keighley bypass, not sure of the road, but I struggled to keep with it off the roundabouts upto the national limit

Will probably have had the old red top conversion or the calibra turbo engine. Common conversion by all accounts...

What a night, lovely place that Burnsall, apart from those dam midgies..
What a sight seeing Sticky in the air could actually see sky under neath the car... and then the landing sparks (**** me)...Had a bash me sen, didnt get as high, but it was fun...
That corner what we slid on, was when i was just with Si, saw it comming and had to brake hard, too hard i think and car slid for quite a while, too far really, then came off brakes and car went round quite easily really(should of trusted the car more)..
But yeah then this Corsa fully kitted up cuts in between me n Si,anyway got on by-pass and he went for it,keeping up with Si for quite a while, but then Si started pulling away, once V-tec had fully kicked in.
Then upto secondroundabout onto dual carriage way and i thought i'd have a bash, but **** me did that car go,i had mine bouncing of limiter in first and second and he was still at side of me, ,only when i got into third and nailed it did he start to drop back...
After loads more of this,me n Si tryin to nail him ,we pull up to roundabout and both go sepaerate ways, but he puts his window down and a bird with blonde hair ,puts her head out and gives thumbs up,Si spoke to em and aparently got a 2.0ltr turbo lump in and nearly touchin 300bhp ....
So be carefull if u see a silver R reg corsa going round, think he may be able to have a standard Scoob, (once he's got traction of course )
Si your car trully does sound like nothing else i've heard "BANSHEE STYLEE",
When u dropped it from 4th to 3rd and took it all way round revs amazing mate honest... (sorry we couldn't come back to yours mate, but would of had to set straight off again, after eaten...next time though def...)
Ended up having a Maccy D's for supper...
Top night really.....

My spiritual home.
Shouldn't really be eating McD's after being there though Lots of truly excellent places to eat. The Red Lion is expensive, but superb. Cheap food in Grassington at The Devonshire (2 courses for £6 (or 3 for £8)).

wouldn't mind a trip out there this week if I can get an early finish
Dave, any clue as to how long the walk to Grassington and back would take?
Moderate pace
