I can't make tonight either.. but keep checking in the WYIOC area for other runs, events and doos. We've got some great events coming up with the SMACS open day at Buxton (with camping the day before) and our own trackday too.

Just get stuck in and enjoy....

PS... I'm in Wakey too, so no doubt we'll see each soon...

Andy (Stringostar) I forgot to mention that we're not a 'cruise' club in the... McDonalds sense...

We'll cruise to Squires for a beer at a fairly brisk pace and we'll cruise around the dales in a convoy.. again at a fairly quick pace... but what we don't do is cruise around to Mcdonalds to hang out with the Nova brigade**.... though that new drive in Subway looks nice...

**Disclaimer: we have nothing against the Nova brigade... Especially as my MK1 Granada had a few go faster bits on and Dazza's Cortina was a right sight... great with an elephant collared disco suit, flares and a mullet, but no comparison to a properly specced Nova or Corsa...

 

the only cruising i do regarding nova's, saxo's, corsa's and fiat punto sportings, is when i go past, at a faster rate of knots, than thereselves lol. i don't do the macky d's thing no more. been there done that. altho, i've just joined a site called born2cruise.co.uk, only because one of my mates has started it up!

in respect to what WYIOC do, i dont mind driving in convoy, or at a decent pace, after all, the worse thing u want is some t*thead deciding he is better than everyone else and starts to race people.... i'm not into that, and hopefully no one else is

yeah xenons.. saw a scooby in necky today, same as yours, but then i saw it was a 55 plate. it had xenons on
