Thumbs up Wanted - Old PCIE Graphics card you may have lying around?

Just looking for a cheap and cheerful PCI Express card with DVI o/p to do some comparison tests against my on board graphics.

If you've upgraded and have something lying about you don' know what to do with, then let me know the spec and what you want for it. Happy to part with a few quid (up to £20) if it is reasonable spec (256/512Mb, HDTV etc) as I can get a new one off DABS for £20 ish

Ta..

He's on the scrounge for a cheap or hopefully free (by the sounds of it) graphics card but it has to be one that fits in a PCIe slot rather than one that fits in a plain PCI slot or an AGP slot.

I would have thought that was obvious

Yeah, they are around the £25 mark mate. 256 Mb stuff.

Didn't want anything fancy, just wanted to utilise my 22" Samsung's DVI rather than staying analogue. I'm not a heavy gamer or Graphics bod, so a simple digital o/p will suffice.

Plus I'll be using my works laptop for most of my Forensic and Wireless stuff....
