Right Christmas is nearly upon us and I have heard a few people mention from both clubs that it would be good to meet up before Christmas.

For a couple of reasons: Would be easier (and safer ) if the weather is bad, we did Snake Pass last year (well, some of you did....)

Have you been in touch with the Ford Inn? Not sure if they'll be able to accomodate 40 + members on a saturday night in Xmas. Better to check first. Otherwise, happy to leave it to you, and I'll rally the smacs troops.

 

Checked with the venue and we are provisionally booked for friday the 7th december, they said they can accomadate 40+ of our vehicles and how ever many people

I spoke to a few today re food, the venue are wanting a rough guide, due to the amount of people n car space etc we will be having the function room,
Is every wanting a meal or light bite?
