That's a novel way to call someone a fat b@$t@rd
A mate of mine once got a late cancellation flight back from the north of Scottishland and before the plane left the terminal he was asked over the tannoy to identify himself. He was told that the plane was overweight and as he was the last passenger to secure a place he'd have to get a later flight Altogether.....'You fat bas.....'

I'm seriously considering a change of venue.
Yes, the roads are top notch, and the place itself is full of atmosphere and very warm and inviting, the kind of pub you just want to get snowed in at...
...but
The food service was worse than appalling. Food arrived at some tables (who'd ordered after us) waaaay before some of us got ours, whilst others had to wait just a few minutes. Then they drop the bomb that there's almost nothing left, and so we end up with pork instead of beef.
I'm going to email them and ask for their reassurance that things will be better on the 29th. If they struggle to cope with 10 of us, they're gonna be nackered if 20 or so turn up. I had a chat to the barmaid upon arrival, and she said it would be okay, just that someone should phone and tell them we're going the day before, but having experienced today I'm none too sure.

Thanks to everyone today, had a great run out, the first in ages. Great Company, great food, just shame about the service, but the roads more than made up for it.
Sorry for going a bit slow on the way back, but my eyes are crap at twilight, until it gets proper dark and I was struggling to see the road, plus I ran out of water for the windscreen.
Top day out guys, Thank-you!
