Help R lass needs re flueing (flue fitting)
She made me do it... 3.953 weeks to xmas and she's made me rip the old fire out and kick the crap out of the chimney... now she has a large hole that needs filling in the room and a new flue inserting up the chimney or is it down the chimney... PLEASE does anyone one know of an operative who may fulfill the requirement of fitting a flue liner and if possible fit a gas stove also... I've just finished cleaning up what a bloody mess fires are...
So please, if you know anyone who can do the above without me selling the wife type on ebay, or one of my organs then please let me know...
On another note, ive never seen such wild pricing as in that of gas fires, (and fire surrounds) looking around I knew the fire i wanted; prices on the net ranged from £400 to £520 but in two shops i looked in, one was £650 I asked why it was so much more and they couldnt answer, but on talking fitting and them coming to do a survey the price dropped to £500... just makes you think... if i hadn't known and said mmm I'll take it! they'de have removed an organ and £150
the power of the internet... best thing ever inveted to ensure you don't get rogered.
